A proposta para a ARCO Lisboa 2026 reúne Hernâni Reis Baptista e Eduardo Antonio num diálogo sobre o corpo, a memória e a imaginação, explorando as fronteiras entre o íntimo e o simbólico. Hernâni Reis Baptista aborda o corpo como uma superfície social e emocional, enquanto Eduardo Antonio desenvolve uma prática pictórica onde o sonho, a natureza e a memória se fundem num universo singular. Em conjunto, os artistas propõem uma experiência aberta, na qual imagens e objetos funcionam como territórios de projeção, resistência e desejo.
The proposal for ARCO Lisboa 2026 brings together Hernâni Reis Baptista and Eduardo Antonio in a dialogue on the body, memory, and imagination, exploring the boundaries between the intimate and the symbolic. Hernâni Reis Baptista approaches the body as a social and emotional surface, while Eduardo Antonio develops a painting practice in which dream, nature, and memory merge into a singular universe. Together, the artists propose an open-ended experience, where images and objects function as territories of projection, resistance, and desire.
